Wish List Wednesday!

Here are a few things I am obsessing over currently! I can't get over how cute this bow USB is…I might just have to purchase it and then maybe just maybe I won't misplace my USB anymore (wishful thinking, I know). Also, I just want to point out the body lotion, I love the smell of this one! I can't stress how much I love it but I do! I have this lotion at the moment and every time I use it I feel like I am laying on the beach, soaking up the sun rays;) It's such a refreshing and clean scent. As far as the shoes and earrings go, I think they are the perfect statement pieces. I love a hint of jewel in every outfit so with both of these items I feel like you could pull off a simple or dressy look. Either way, they will make for the perfect finishing touch to any look. Finally, let's just take a second to stare at this super cute spring ready wallet. I just adore this color. Who needs a purse with this?! I know I wouldn't! I'd just grab my keys, phone, and this wallet and call it a day before heading out the door! I love compact wallets but to find one in this color by Marc Jacobs…I need it. Anyways, that's all I have for you on my end. Hope you find these items to be as worthy of obsessing over as I do. Until next Wednesday:)

Think Outside The Polka Dot Box

I love pants. There I said it.. no need to raise an eyebrow like I'm crazy.. I really do love them. But I'm not going to lie, my love for them started recently. If you asked me maybe like a year ago, I would've laughed and said "no way, leggings all the way" but not so much anymore. Don't get me wrong, I still live in leggings (literally) but there is just something so fun and so sophisticated about pants that leggings can't give (sorry leggings). Especially printed pants! You can easily take printed pants from day to night with just a switch of some key accessories.

But what about printed pants that are extremely cute but in your mind seem almost impossible to pair? I like to think I'm pretty bold when it comes to my fashion choices (neon pink leggings should really show how bold I am.. trust me they looked hideous on me). Especially when it comes to prints and colors. I love bright colors and I love bold prints, especially floral and yes you guessed it, polka dots! The crazier and more colorful, the more I want to buy it! These H&M pants were something that both AK and I saw online and were automatically drawn to.. it wasn't until we saw them in stores that we fell in love! The fabric, the fit and the pattern are seriously so so cute and at just 14.95+tax, how could we go wrong? So naturally we both bought them and without a doubt the question that I saw coming was asked, "how would you pair this?" It seems simple enough, right? With either a navy blue blouse or a hot pink shirt but is that really all it could be paired with? No other combination? And even those two colors seem way too matchy matchy which makes it seem like you put in zero effort to pull off an amazing outfit. Maybe I'm reading way too into this but living in a fashion forward world, sometimes you have to. So I decided I would create this guide.. one pant, four different ways it could be worn. Now just a fair warning, I could've made like 20 outfit options given I had the time but because I wasn't trying to create a 12 page post, I figured 4 would be enough to get the ball rolling for now. From casual to dressy, any of these four outfits can be easily recreated with things you may already have in your wardrobe. All it takes is some creativity!

All Good Things Must Come To An End

"All good things must come to an end." It seems as if that quote is something that applies to my life in more ways than one. Don't worry guys, this isn't going to be an emo type post.. or maybe it will be? I mean.. lets go back to the 90's when I was like 10 and Sprinkle Spangles were all the rage! Star shaped cereal with SPRINKLES on top.. how could anyone say no? Well apparently someone did and the cereal that was my all time favorite was suddenly swiped from all the shelves in all the grocery stores. Seriously was (and whenever I think about it) still is, the saddest thing to ever happen to breakfast time. *sigh* But then there are those things that make you extremely happy that they've come to an end. Like scrunchies.. I mean I know matching scrunchies to your outfits was seriously the most trendiest thing to do back in the day but can we just take a moment to say "Thank God" that trend is over.. dead. No longer in our lives! And then there are those things that eventually (after a long long long time) end. And just when you think they will be gone forever (like my cereal) they magically make a reappearing act as if they were truly missed! Case in point: Birkenstocks.

Care(amel) for some Oreo's?

All I can say after making these caramel dipped apples is that caramel seriously is the worst to work with. That said, that didn't stop me from satisfying my caramel dipped apple craving. Back in December, SK and I came across Oreo and caramel dipped apples. Being the Oreo lovers that we are, we got some to try and I cannot tell you how fast they were gone. I have been craving some ever since so I decided to tackle caramel and make some myself. It was definitely worth it. If you're a fellow caramel dipped apple lover andddd Oreo fan as well, then you have to give these a try. You will not be disappointed. I thought caramel dipped apples were where it's at but throw on some crushed Oreo's and now we are really talking.

What you'll need:
Sticks (I had skewers on hand so that's what I used)

I used Granny Smith apples, those are always preferred because of the tart and sweet combination when mixed with caramel. However, feel free to use any type of apple.

Hit or Miss: Flower BB Cream

Before March started I was given a task to try out 3 beauty products that our lovely readers had requested and it was my mission to try to use these 3 products as much as possible throughout the entire month. I was literally (not really though) living, breathing and sleeping in these products. Okay. Maybe not sleeping but I seriously tried as hard as I could to use the products in any way to get the maximum use out of all of them so I could share my thoughts and my concerns. So without further ado the first product I would like to review today is the Flower BB cream in the color BB1.
